The Sudbrook Moor Members' 2009 Annual General Meeting takes place on Monday 19th January 2009.

 

Meeting will start at 7:30pm in the Clubhouse. Please ensure you arrive beforehand to be seated.

 

Members' Proposals for the meeting must be submitted in writing to Tim Hutton by Friday 16th January at the latest.

 

Remember this meeting is for the Members of the Club so it needs the Participation of its Members.
