Update to Ping's Fitting Procedure :  We have been advised that from March 1st 2011 Ping will now be applying a £30 charge, payable at time of Booking for Customers to go to the Fitting Centre at Gainsborough for a fitting for new equipment. When booking your Ping Fitting via us we will take a payment at the time of booking (If paying by Credit or Debit Card a 5% transaction fee will also be applied). If you are for whatever reason unable to attend your appointment after booking, you must contact Ping up to 48 hours before your fitting or you will forfeit your fee and may not be able to re-book immediately.

Customers who already own Ping Clubs that want Lie Angle Checks, are no longer offered fittings directly via Ping. You now need to bring your clubs to a Authorised Ping Account Fitter like ourselves who will conduct the fitting on Ping's Behalf. Should your clubs need alteration we can have Ping arrange collection of your clubs and alteration for a charge determined by Ping which presently is £26.25 + VAT to cover carriage and insurance, or you can still take your clubs to the factory in person and have them altered free of charge whilst you wait.

At Present Staff Member, Professional Ben Hutton has completed the Ping Custom Fitting Training at Ping and is capable of giving fittings at the Club. Anyone requiring to have clubs adjusted should be aware that all clubs have to be returned to Ping at Gainsborough for adjustment. If we request Ping to Collect, Make the Adjustment and Return the Clubs to us, there will be a charge by Ping of £26.25 + VAT to cover their Courier costs and insurance. Alternatively you can always take the clubs yourself to the Factory and have them adjusted whilst you wait which would then be Free of Charge.
