Sudbrook Moor's Annual Open Day Team Invitation AM-AM
Saturday 7th June 2008
Teams of 4, consisting of 2 Members Minimum and must have One Guest (Non-Sudbrook Moor Member) minium.
Maximum of 2 Family Members per Team
Team Captain must be SMGC Member & 18 years or Over.
Format of competition will be 2 Best Stableford scores per hole to Count.
All 4 Scores to Count on the 18th Hole
Handicap Allowance 3/4. Guests must provide a valid CONGU Handicap Certificate to the starter on the day of the Competition.
Course will be closed from 7:00am until 2:00pm approx.
Entry Form is on the Notice Board in the Lobby. Please Enter Via that and ensure payment of £40 per Team is placed in a named envelope in the safe at time of Entry.
20 Teams Maximum. Entries close 1st June or when the sheet becomes full.
