Visitors may book Tee Times 7 days ahead.
Please check into the Golf Shop before you tee off.
When you book 18 holes you are reserving 2 Tee Times.
E.G. When you book 9am you are also booking 10.52am for your back 9.
If the event of the Golf Course becoming unplayable, this will be announced on the online Time Sheet.
If you booked through our Visitors Link above, please call the Golf Shop 01400 250111, or The Office out of hours 01400 250796, to arrange a credit.
If you have booked through GOLF NOW, you must arrange your credit online with GOLF NOW. You will need to do this before your Starting Time.
Pay As You Golf Members:
Top-up your BRS Wallet with whatever amount you choose from 1 Green Fee upwards. (£1 per point)
If you cancel your Member booking any time BEFORE your Tee-Time, your BRS Wallet will receive an automatic refund.
If you have entered a Club Competition online, please make sure you have enough credit in your BRS Wallet to cover your Members' Green Fee on the day.
Members: In the event of the Golf Course being declared unplayable this will be announced on the online Time Sheet. If you have a booked Tee Time, please delete it ( BEFORE your Tee Time ) to receive an automatic refund into your BRS Wallet.
Members if you are bringing a Guest please telephone the Golf Shop and we will reserve their place on your Time Sheet. ( Mem Guest )
Please pay their Green Fee at the Golf Shop before you commence play.
Members please get the BRS Golf App from your App Store.
Those Members who have supplied us with your email address recently will have received your registration notification for online booking at Sudbrook Moor Golf Club.

Follow the steps of the registration process:
- Please take a note of your user ID number (write it down please).
- Create your password and please remember it!
- When we receive your registration we will enable your online booking.
